Lake Veiw was built in the early 70's which has been tastfully decorated and kept up to date with all the the disabled facilities one would need when needing a relaxing time. With lake views of windermere this is in a most excellent position to enjoy your holiday from. The property was renovated and updated in 2004 and adapted for disabled access. There is vast parking suitable for wheelchairs. The doors of the property have been widened inside so access is easy, and the bathroom has space and amenities for disabled access

Windermere is The Lake District's most beautiful lake which is ten miles in length; from the edge of the lake the paramount views of the mountains are spectacular.

Without a doubt the town of Windermere is a great place as a base to visit the lake district as transport is readily available including a railway link, bus station, and taxis. With this sort of transport links visiting the surrounding areas is easy.

So what can you do in Windermere? You can take in one of the fine restaurants, cafes or English pubs. Or maybe you wish to try some local shopping, or visit the lake for some water sports or a cruise.
