How do I book a property?
This website is set up so that you
can make a booking directly with the property owner. At
the bottom of each advert you will see a contact form. Fill
in the details and send your enquiry to the owner or you
can call the owner from the number provided on the advert.
It's important to note that we do not have any involvement
in the booking arrangement; this is an agreement solely
between you and the advertiser.
Who do I make payment to?
Once you are happy with the suitability
of the property and have agreed on a date then you will
need to pay the owner directly. Please note that owners
may vary in how they require payment, but usually the owner
will require a deposit to secure the agreed date and nearer
the time of arrival full payment to be made. Again we do
not get involved in payments between you and the owner.
I have filled out the contact form but the advertiser
hasn't responded?
If after a reasonable time you have
not received a reply then you can proceed in three directions;
1. Re-send your enquiry making sure you provide the correct
contact details.
2. Give the advertiser a telephone call from the numbers
provided on the advert.
3. Contact
us and we will see why they have not replied.
Can I change the date or cancel
my booking?
As booking and payment is between
you and the owner then you will have to contact the advertiser
to see if this is possible. When making a booking you will
need to confirm with the advertiser what is the procedure
if you wish to cancel or change a booking.
Complaints / Questions
Can I add a testimonial about the
accommodation?
Please feel free to email your testimonial
directly to the owner of the property and a copy to us.
If the owner wish's, upon agreement we can post your comments
on our website.
Where do I get directions and keys
from?
Directions and keys Collection are
made between you and the owner. If you have any questions
as regards to this, please contact the owner directly as
this is an agreement between you and the owner. We do not
get involved with matter.
The property was not as described,
what can I do?
If you are unhappy with how a property
was described, please contact the owner directly 'ASAP'
to resolve the issue. Although we do not get involved with
disputes between you and the owner, we ask you to please
inform us by email if your particular issue was not
resolved so we can add this to our files. We are interested
in accurate descriptions of properties on this website.
Who can I make a complaint to?
As the rental agreement is between
you and the owner then all complaints should be made directly
with the owner. However if you wish, you may send a copy
of the complaint by email to us for our files. Please note
that we do get involved in a complaint between you and the
owner, but if a property is miss-described we would be interested
in this as an accurate description is important to us.

changes made to your advert and we would be happy to make
the adjustments.
What do I write in my advert?
As we do not inspect your property,
we cannot describe it for you but you can view an example
of a property description here. This will give you some
idea of layout and details you may wish to add. Once you
have decided what wording you want, then we will prepare
your page and upload it onto the website.

How can I pay for my advert?
We have integrated the PayPal system
for safe payment on this website; alternatively you can
pay by bank transfer. Please contact
us for details on how to do this.
